Import Leads

Overview

The Import Leads page helps you add many leads at once from a file.

This is useful when you already have lead data in Excel or CSV format and want to bring it into LeadX without creating each lead manually.

How To Open Import Leads

Go to Sidebar > Leads > Import Leads.

What You Can Do On This Page

• Start a new import
• Upload a file with lead details
• Match your file columns to the correct fields
• Choose import settings
• Check the status of past imports
• Open the leads created from a finished import

Main Parts Of The Page

Import List

The page shows your previous lead imports, so you can review what has already been uploaded.

Start Import

Click Start Import to begin a new bulk lead upload.

Start Import Flow

1. Click Start Import.
2. Upload an Excel or CSV file.

3. Choose which rows you want to import, if needed.
4. Match your file columns to lead and contact-related fields.

5. Choose the import settings.

6. Start the import.

Helpful Notes

• A lead import can include both lead details and some related contact information
• LeadX can suggest field matching automatically to save time
• You can choose how duplicate records should be handled during import
• Import history helps you track what was uploaded and what was created
