Overview​

The WhatsApp App page is where you connect your WhatsApp business account to LeadX.

Once connected, WhatsApp can be used in the Unified Chatbox and in WhatsApp campaigns.

What You Can Do On This Page​

  • Connect a WhatsApp number
  • View saved WhatsApp connections
  • Check connection or verification status
  • Edit connection details when needed
  • Remove connections you no longer use

Helpful Notes​

  • This app is required if you want to use WhatsApp inside LeadX
  • WhatsApp templates and campaigns depend on a working WhatsApp connection
  • Verification may be needed before the number can be fully used
