Overview

The SMTP page is where you connect your email sending service to LeadX.

This connection is used when LeadX needs to send emails, such as through the Unified Chatbox or email campaigns.

What You Can Do On This Page

• Add a new email sending setup
• View saved SMTP connections
• Edit connection details
• Choose which one should be the default

Helpful Notes

• SMTP is needed if you want LeadX to send emails from your own email service
• It supports email communication features across the platform
• One setup is usually selected as the default for sending
