Overview​

The WhatsApp Templates page is where you create reusable WhatsApp messages.

These templates are helpful when you want to send the same type of message many times, such as confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, or campaign messages.

How To Open WhatsApp Templates​

Go to Sidebar > Template > Whatsapp.

What You Can Do On This Page​

  • Create a WhatsApp template
  • View saved templates
  • Check template status
  • Delete templates you no longer need
  • Use templates later in campaigns and messaging

Template List​

The page shows all your saved WhatsApp templates in one place.

From the list, you can review template details and status.

Create A Template​

When creating a template, you can usually add:

  • A template name
  • A category
  • A sender number
  • Header, body, and footer content
  • Buttons when needed
